1 Acceptance of Terms
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between penas77 and each registered user of the penas77 online casino platform, accessible at penas77.vip and any associated mobile applications or platforms ("the Service").
1.2 By registering an account with penas77, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (b) you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under Philippine law; (c) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms at all times.
1.3 penas77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be published on penas77.vip with the effective date clearly indicated. 1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms of any specific game, promotion, or bonus offer, the specific terms of the promotion or game shall apply to that element, with these Terms governing all other aspects.
2 Eligibility & Age Requirements
2.1 Minimum Age. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine gaming law, you must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an account or use any gambling service on penas77. This requirement is non-negotiable and strictly enforced.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The penas77 Service is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for Philippine residents. 2.4 Age Verification. penas77 conducts Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification before processing any withdrawal. Acceptable Philippine government-issued identification documents include: UMID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the LTO, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, and Voter's ID. penas77 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
3 Account Registration & Security
3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold one (1) penas77 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balance across all duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
3.2 Accurate Information. Players must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and must promptly update their account details if any information changes. penas77 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading registration information is detected.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:
- Use a strong, unique password not used on other platforms;
- Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available;
- Never share your login credentials with any third party;
- Immediately notify penas77 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Responsibility. All activity conducted through your penas77 account, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, is your sole responsibility. penas77 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
3.5 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have been inactive (no login) for twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a reactivation process including identity re-verification, in accordance with PAGCOR's compliance requirements. penas77 will notify the account holder at the registered contact details before applying dormancy procedures.
4 Deposits & Payments
4.1 Accepted Methods. penas77 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI Online, BDO Pay, Metrobank Online Banking, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Accepted payment methods may be modified from time to time at penas77's discretion.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; higher limits apply to VIP tier accounts.
4.3 Deposit Processing. GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and InstaPay deposits are typically credited to your penas77 account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer and other methods may take up to thirty (30) minutes. penas77 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on penas77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No currency conversion applies to deposits or withdrawals made in PHP.
4.5 Player Funds. In accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements, all player deposits are held in accounts segregated from penas77's operating capital. Your deposited funds are not company funds and are protected accordingly.
4.6 Anti-Money Laundering. penas77 is required to comply with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations. penas77 may request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits and is required to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as mandated by law.
5 Withdrawals
5.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.2 KYC Requirement. A completed KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. KYC requires submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, a selfie for liveness verification. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts will be held pending KYC completion.
5.3 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the verified payment method associated with your penas77 account. penas77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in another person's name, or payment methods not linked to your registered profile.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash withdrawals from fully verified accounts are processed within five (5) minutes under normal operating conditions, twenty-four (24) hours a day. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may be extended during scheduled maintenance or high-volume periods.
5.5 Withdrawal Fees. penas77 does not charge fees on withdrawals. The amount requested is the amount remitted to your account. Note that your payment provider (e.g., GCash) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are beyond penas77's control.
5.6 Withdrawal Limits. Standard accounts may withdraw up to ₱500,000 per day. VIP tier accounts have higher daily withdrawal limits as specified in the VIP program terms. penas77 reserves the right to apply additional verification for withdrawal requests that exceed standard thresholds.
5.7 Reversal of Withdrawals. penas77 reserves the right to reverse pending withdrawal requests in cases of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, chargebacks, or where verification requirements have not been satisfied.
6 Bonuses & Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and loyalty rewards offered by penas77 are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Where specific terms are silent, these general Terms apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings may be made. Wagering requirements are calculated on the total bonus amount credited and must be completed within the validity period specified.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible accounts only. Players who have self-excluded, players in restricted jurisdictions, and players who have previously abused bonus terms are not eligible to receive bonus offers.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings:
- Opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once;
- Hedging bets to reduce wagering contribution while meeting wagering requirements;
- Using bonus funds in games that are excluded from wagering contribution calculations;
- Coordinating with other players to collectively satisfy wagering requirements;

6.5 Bonus Expiry. Unclaimed bonuses expire after thirty (30) days from issuance unless otherwise stated. Partially wagered bonus funds expire at the end of the specified wagering period and will be removed from your account without prior notice.
6.6 penas77 Right to Amend. penas77 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Bonuses already credited to accounts and actively being wagered will be honoured subject to the original terms.
7 Game Rules & Fairness
7.1 Certified RNG. All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games on penas77 use certified RNG technology audited by independent testing laboratories. RNG certification ensures that game outcomes are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated.
7.2 RTP Accuracy. Return to Player (RTP) percentages published in the penas77 game lobby reflect the independently certified theoretical RTP for each game. penas77 does not adjust RTPs in real time. Actual results may vary from theoretical RTP in any given session due to statistical variance.
7.3 Live Dealer Games. 7.5 Disputed Results. If you believe a game outcome is incorrect, you must raise the dispute within thirty (30) days of the disputed game session. Disputes raised after this period will not be accepted. penas77's dispute resolution team will review the technical records and respond within seven (7) business days.
8 Prohibited Conduct
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the penas77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities:
- Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform or play any game;
- Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
- Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another account to transfer value;
- Fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals after using deposited funds;
- Money laundering or using penas77 to process funds from illegal sources;
- Creating or using a penas77 account on behalf of another person;
- Hacking, reverse engineering, or attempting to compromise the platform's security or software;
- Impersonating penas77 staff or representatives;
- Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain. Identified bugs must be reported to support immediately.
8.2 penas77 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Determinations of prohibited conduct made by penas77's compliance team are final subject to PAGCOR's dispute framework.
9 Responsible Gaming
9.1 penas77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost:
- Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set directly from account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a seven (7) day cooling period.
- Session Time Alerts: Players may set session duration alerts that notify them when their play has exceeded a self-defined time limit.
- Cool-Down Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, during which no wagers may be placed but account access for viewing history remains available.
- Self-Exclusion: Permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the penas77 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours and are irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected.

10 Account Suspension & Termination
10.1 penas77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms;
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- Underage gambling or false declaration of age;
- Chargebacks filed against deposits made to penas77;
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder;
- Account identified on PAGCOR's exclusion register or a court-ordered restriction;
- Account inactivity per the dormancy policy in Section 3.5.
10.2 Balance on Closure. In cases of account closure for reasons other than fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method within thirty (30) days, net of any outstanding bonus obligations. Where closure is due to fraud or prohibited conduct, the balance may be forfeited in full.
10.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may voluntarily close their penas77 account at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. Any pending wagers will be settled before the closure is finalized.
11 Intellectual Property
11.1 All content on the penas77 platform, including but not limited to the penas77 brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and audiovisual materials, is the intellectual property of penas77 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
11.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the penas77 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit: reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any penas77 content; reverse engineering of any platform software; creation of derivative works based on penas77 content; or unauthorized framing or linking to penas77.vip.
11.3 Unauthorized use of penas77's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable law.
12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
12.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1602 on gambling, Republic Act No. 9487 (PAGCOR Charter), and applicable data protection legislation.
12.2 PAGCOR Dispute Resolution. penas77 operates under a PAGCOR license and is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players who are dissatisfied with penas77's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaints process.
12.3 Dispute Process. Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR, players must first submit a formal complaint to penas77 support and allow penas77 a period of thirty (30) calendar days to investigate and respond. Complaints submitted to penas77 support will receive an acknowledgment within two (2) business days.
12.4 Jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the PAGCOR dispute framework shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
12.5 Limitation of Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, penas77's total liability to any player arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
